Siku 1671 Niesmann+Bischoff camper
It's summer! And then half of the Netherlands goes to the camping site. In recent years, Siku has already proven itself as a real producer of miniature caravans, tents and campers. Because from the first years, quite a few have been included in the range. Siku is known for its large margins in terms of scale, because I actually think it is a bit too small for the 1:50 and 1:55 scale, or the campers of recent years have been made much too big. The fact that this model falls into the 16-Series is perhaps enough, because they can often be found in the 3-inch corner. But all in all, the model is not too bad, has sufficient weight and nice details and even the interior is well done. In terms of print and inlaid plastic parts such as the grille, it is also a successful model and on the right side of the model there is even a hinged door. Siku has always placed its models with the left side facing forward in the packaging so that the nicest thing about this model remains hidden until you can unpack it.
The bottom is plastic and there is a tow bar at the back. What fits in this scale is a mystery to me. But who knows, maybe Siku has a nice expansion in the future.
The tires are made of soft plastic and have a profile, the rims we already know from other models like the new Volkswagen T5 only now they are black. The funny thing is that the prototype did have gray rims and on the Siku website it is also depicted with gray rims. My unsolicited opinion is that I would have preferred it with the gray rims.

Price/quality ratio is good, and the playability is also sufficient. Perhaps as a side note that it would have been really cool if it had been possible to make the dish foldable from plastic, although the roof would have had to be made of plastic as well and that would not have benefited the model, it is good as it is!
