Siku 1387 Scania tanker, first unveiled 2017

What Siku is going to release next year is of course still a well-kept secret. And we are already trying to get some information here and there. As is known, this blog is always the first with new models. And of course the well-known postponed models that should have been released in 2016 are no longer a secret. In previous years, Siku would sometimes give a sneak preview by means of a kind of advent calendar and we had an idea of what Siku was going to make, but this year they did not do that and revealing models for the coming year is even more difficult.

Anyway, we will continue to bring the scoops and first we will come with a tanker with a Scania cabin. It is not very exciting, because we already know the cabin, and the body is, as we are used to from the 3-inch models, only made of plastic.

Whether the colour scheme will remain the same is unknown, because that is also very sparse. But the play element is there, and that is important to Siku. It is fun for the children who play with it, but a collector will not lose any sleep over it.

Anyway, it's a logical addition to the range. And soon we'll come with more new 2017 models! Keep an eye on the blog.
